改革开放30年来,河北省实施“两环开放带动”战略,不断改善投资环境,积极开展招商引资,到2008年实际利用外商直接投资额36.3亿元。与此同时,对外贸易也得到了快速发展,到2008年,在全国进出口全面受阻的环境下,河北省的全年进出口额依然保持快速增长,全年进出口额达到384.2亿美元,比上年增长50.4%,本文结合相关数据对FDI对对外贸易的影响进行了定性分析,并有针对性的提出了有效提升河北省FDI贸易效应的对策建议。
In the 30 years of reform and opening up, Hebei Province has implemented the strategy of “opening up and opening up of the two cities and districts”, continuously improved the investment environment and actively conducted investment promotion. By 2008, the amount of foreign direct investment actually utilized was 3.63 billion yuan. At the same time, foreign trade has also witnessed rapid development. By 2008, while the country’s imports and exports were totally blocked, the annual import and export volume of Hebei Province still maintained a rapid growth. The annual import and export volume reached 38.42 billion U.S. dollars, A year-on-year increase of 50.4%. Based on the relevant data, this paper qualitatively analyzes the impact of FDI on foreign trade and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to effectively enhance the FDI trade effect in Hebei Province.
