Attending the meeting were representatives of representatives from various departments of water conservancy (hydropower) offices of provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions (bureau) in charge of infrastructure work, chief of infrastructure department, quality projects, outstanding design projects and high-quality engineering enterprises .
