患者,女,19岁。因进行性胸闷气急和腹胀9d于2010年2月25日入院。病程中有低热(≤38.0℃)、腹泻(大便每天4～5次,为黄色糊状便)和全身骨骼的酸痛。既往体健,否认放射线和毒物接触史,否认结核病等患者接触史。体检:体温37.8℃,脉搏108次/min,呼吸24次/min,血压120/70mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),指端末梢血氧饱和度95%(不吸氧情况下)。精神不振,右
Patient, female, 19 years old. Due to progressive chest tightness and bloating 9d on February 25, 2010 admission. Course of fever (≤ 38.0 ℃), diarrhea (stool 4 to 5 times a day for the yellow paste) and the whole body soreness. Past physical health, denied the exposure to radiation and poison history, denied history of contact with patients such as tuberculosis. Physical examination: body temperature 37.8 ℃, pulse 108 beats / min, breath 24 beats / min, blood pressure 120 / 70mmHg (1mmHg = 0.133kPa), finger tip peripheral oxygen saturation 95% (without oxygen).
