目的 :评价中西医结合治疗儿童股骨干骨折 (38例 )的效果。方法 :牵引加小夹板固定。结果 :获随访 31例患儿均达到骨折坚强愈合 ,肢体功能恢复满意 ,无关节活动受限。结论 :牵引加小夹板固定损伤小、痛苦少 ,是一种疗效较佳、方法简单的治疗方法
Objective: To evaluate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of femoral shaft fractures in children (38 cases). Methods: traction plus a small splint fixation. Results: All the 31 cases were followed up and achieved strong fracture healing. The functional recovery of the limbs was satisfactory, and no joint activity was limited. Conclusion: Traction plus a small splint fixation less damage, less pain, is a better effect, simple method of treatment
