由次贷危机引发的美国金融市场的动荡反映了美国金融政策和监管法制的重大缺陷及其背后的秩序失范。面对国际金融市场的震荡,我国必须完善金融法制体系,加强金融监管,建立风险防范体系。本文针对金融全球化、金融可持续发展等方面的趋势,简要的论述了金融组织法、金融风险援助法、金融资源保护法对金融战略管理的重要作用。文中指出金融企业进行战略管理的实践同时也为完善我国金融法律体系做了有益的探索。
The turmoil in the U.S. financial markets, triggered by the subprime mortgage crisis, reflects major shortcomings in the U.S. financial policy and regulatory regime and the paradox behind the order. Faced with the turmoil in the international financial markets, our country must perfect the financial legal system, strengthen financial supervision and establish a risk prevention system. In this paper, according to the trend of financial globalization and sustainable development of finance, this paper briefly discusses the important role of the Financial Organization Law, the Financial Aid Act and the Financial Resources Protection Law in the management of financial strategy. The article points out that the practice of strategic management by financial enterprises also makes a useful exploration for improving our financial legal system.
