本研究将经过高浓度生长素预培养的剑麻愈伤组织细胞.接种入LS、MS、N_6、B_5四种液体培养基中,在30d培养过程中动态每2-5d测定培养细胞的生长速率、剑麻蛋白酶活力和培养液的pH值变化。结果表明:悬浮培养细胞的生长量成倍地高于固体培养细胞;LS、MS培养基是剑麻细胞悬浮培养及诱导产蛋白酶最适的培养基;悬浮培养液中的蛋白酶活力占细胞蛋白酶活力的20.0%-46.9%;悬浮培养细胞生长速率与培养液的pH值存在一定的相关性。
