目的:分析护患沟通技巧对门诊注射室工作满意度的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法对该院门诊120例注射患者进行分组,对照组采取传统沟通技巧,观察组优化沟通技巧,比较两组患者的满意度和投诉率。结果:两组患者满意度和投诉率的比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:门诊注射室护士提高护患沟通技巧,以良好的沟通方式建立护患关系,可促使注射室工作满意度的提高和投诉率的降低,应值得进一步推广和运用。
Objective: To analyze the impact of nurse-patient communication skills on job satisfaction in outpatient injection room. Methods: A random number table method was used to group 120 inpatients in this hospital. The control group took the traditional communication skills and the observation group optimized the communication skills. The satisfaction and complaint rates of the two groups were compared. Results: The two groups of patients satisfaction and complaint rates compared with a statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Outpatient injection room nurses improve nurse-patient communication skills and establish nurse-patient relationship with good communication, which can promote the satisfaction of injection room and reduce the complaint rate, and should be further popularized and applied.
