气门挺杆座和凸轮轴凸轮配成一对摩擦副。凸轮轴凸轮的硬度为H R C 55~63,挺杆座端面的硬度为H R C 60~65。其质量的主要标志是具有良好的耐磨性。经过400小时台架试验和2500公里行车试验及近三年来用户的反映,耐磨性较好。现制定出气门挺杆座高频堆焊的质量检查标准。一、气门挺杆座的图纸技术条件1.气门挺杆座端面堆焊层采用合金铸铁,其焊条的化学成分(%)为:
