目前 ,国内抽油机制造企业较多 ,规模较小。各厂家抽油机品种单一 ,同类产品尺寸混乱。在开发满足油田需要的新型 (规格 )抽油机时 ,开发周期长 ,响应市场速度慢 ,致使抽油机制造企业效益普遍较差 ,也给油田的使用、管理及维护带来了很大不便。现文提出了抽油机计算机辅助模块化设计方法 ,对其系列型谱建立、模块设计及组合等问题进行分析和探讨 ,运用功能分析原理对抽油机进行了模块划分。这种方法适合我国抽油机制造企业向多品种、小批量及规模化方向发展 ,能给油田及抽油机生产厂家带来较好的经济效益。
At present, there are more domestic pumping manufacturers and smaller ones. The manufacturers of a single pumping unit, similar product size confusion. The long development cycle and the slow response to the market development of new type (specification) pumping units that meet the needs of oilfields have led to generally poor performance of pumping plant manufacturing enterprises and great inconvenience to the use, management and maintenance of oilfields . In this paper, a computer-aided modular design method of pumping unit is put forward. The problems of series type spectrum establishment, module design and combination are analyzed and discussed. The function analysis principle is used to divide the pumping unit. This method is suitable for our pumping unit manufacturing enterprises to more varieties, small quantities and large-scale direction, can give oil and pumping manufacturers to bring better economic benefits.
