目的:观察联合运用妇科千金片和抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:运用随机数字表达法将94例慢性盆腔炎患者分为对照组(左旋氧氟沙星注射液+0.5%甲硝唑治疗)、实验组(左旋氧氟沙星注射液+0.5%甲硝唑+妇科千金片治疗)。结果:实验组的总有效率93.6%高于对照组76.6%;腹痛消失时间(3.4±1.2)d、白带恢复正常时间(4.6±1.4)d均短于对照组(6.1±1.5)d、(7.3±2.5)d,且P<0.05。结论:妇科千金片、抗生素联合用药治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著,具有推广的价值。
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of combined use of gynecological gold tablets and antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: 94 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into control group (levofloxacin injection plus 0.5% metronidazole) by random number expression method. The experimental group (levofloxacin injection + 0.5% Azole + gynecological daughter gold treatment). Results: The total effective rate in the experimental group was 93.6% higher than that in the control group (76.6%); the disappearance time of abdominal pain was 3.4 ± 1.2 days and the recovery time of leucorrhea was 4.6 ± 1.4 days, 7.3 ± 2.5) d, and P <0.05. Conclusion: Gynecology Qianjin tablets, antibiotics combined treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease significant effect, with the promotion of value.
