目的:分析和研究CT技术在冠状动脉成像影像学诊断中的应用。方法:选取我院在2014年12月-2015年12月期间收治的疑似冠心病和有冠心病史的62例患者,采用CT技术对其进行诊断,观察和分析患者的冠状动脉成像影像。结果:轻度狭窄11例,中度狭窄27例,重度狭窄24例。通过比较所有患者的造影图像和CT冠状动脉图像发现,51例患者的对比结果基本一致,12例患者的冠脉造影和狭窄程度评价不相符。结论:CT技术作为一种无创检查诊断方式,在冠状动脉成像影像学方面能够为准确的分级和治疗冠心病患者提供有效的参考依据。
Objective: To analyze and study the application of CT in coronary angiography imaging diagnosis. Methods: Sixty-two patients with suspected coronary heart disease and coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital between December 2014 and December 2015 were selected and diagnosed by CT. Coronary artery imaging was observed and analyzed. Results: Slight stenosis in 11 cases, moderate stenosis in 27 cases, severe stenosis in 24 cases. Comparisons of all patients with CT images and images of coronary arteries showed that the results of 51 patients were basically the same, and the results of coronary angiography and stenosis in 12 patients were not consistent. Conclusion: As a noninvasive diagnostic method, CT can provide an effective reference for accurate grading and treatment of coronary heart disease in coronary angiography.
