目的:探讨静脉药物配置中心以科室为单位和以药物品种分类进行药物配置两种流程对一次性注射器消耗的影响。方法:苍南县人民医院于2016年1月开始针对静脉药物配置中心一次性注射器消耗实施工作流程改革,以实施前后1年分别设为对照组和观察组,其中对照组采用以科室为单位进行药物配置,观察组采用以药物品种分类进行药物配置;比较两组每月一次性注射器消耗量、消耗费用及工作人员满意度。结果:对照组每月5 ml、10ml、20ml、30ml及50ml一次性注射器消耗量分别为(765.60±77.96)个、(924.74±112.48)个、(1 543.47±145.05)个、(861.77±143.61)个、(464.85±102.27)个;观察组每月上述一次性注射器消耗量分别为(235.68±49.99)个、(335.52±51.60)个、(527.39±51.00)个、(285.38±42.95)个、(125.13±35.35)个;对照组每月上述一次性注射器消耗费用分别为(279.54±38.25)元、(460.25±12.41)元、(949.60±116.81)元、(704.85±132.49)元、(744.85±153.06)元;观察组每月上述一次性注射器消耗量分别为(70.17±9.01)元、(161.82±39.73)元、(346.34±45.69)元、(218.13±53.63)元、(195.13±62.78)元;观察组每月一次性注射器消耗量和消耗费用均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);对照组工作人员非常满意、满意、一般及不满意例数分别为2例,5例,4例,1例,工作人员满意度为58.33%;观察组工作人员分别为10例,2例,0例,0例,工作人员满意度为100.00%;观察组工作人员满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);。结论:以药物品种分类实施药物配置流程用于静脉药物配置中心可有效减少一次性注射器消耗量,减少相关支出,并有助于提高工作人员满意度。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the influence of two kinds of processes of intravenous drug allocation center on the departmental unit and the drug allocation by drug species classification on the consumption of disposable syringes. Method: Cangnan County People’s Hospital began in January 2016 for the intravenous drug distribution center disposable syringe consumption implementation workflow reform, respectively, before and after 1 year were set as the control group and the observation group, the control group used as a unit for the drug The configuration and observation groups were classified according to the drug species for drug allocation. The monthly disposable syringe consumption, consumption cost and staff satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The consumption of 5ml, 10ml, 20ml, 30ml and 50ml disposable syringes in the control group were (765.60 ± 77.96), (924.74 ± 112.48), (5443.47 ± 145.05), (861.77 ± 143.61) (464.85 ± 102.27). The consumption of disposable syringes in the observation group was (235.68 ± 49.99), (335.52 ± 51.60), (527.39 ± 51.00) and (285.38 ± 42.95) 125.13 ± 35.35). The monthly expenditures of the above disposable syringes in the control group were (279.54 ± 38.25) yuan, (460.25 ± 12.41) yuan, (949.60 ± 116.81) yuan, (704.85 ± 132.49) yuan, (744.85 ± 153.06) ); The monthly consumption of disposable syringes in the observation group was (70.17 ± 9.01) yuan, (161.82 ± 39.73) yuan, (346.34 ± 45.69) yuan, (218.13 ± 53.63) yuan, and (195.13 ± 62.78) yuan respectively; The monthly consumption of disposable syringes and the cost of consumption in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P <0.05). The control group was very satisfied with satisfactory, general and unsatisfied number of cases were 2 cases, 5 cases, 4 cases, 1 case, staff satisfaction was 58.33%; the observation group staff were 10 cases, 2 cases, 0 cases, 0 cases, the staff satisfaction was 100.00%; observation group work Personnel satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05) ;. CONCLUSIONS: The implementation of drug disposition procedures for drug product categories for intravenous drug distribution centers can effectively reduce disposable syringe consumption, reduce associated expenditures and help improve staff satisfaction.
