五氯酚钠(Sodium pentachlorophenate C_6CI_5ONa、H_2O)具有良好的杀菌杀虫以及除莠作用,常用作为农业杀菌剂,木材防腐剂、杀天杂草等。近十余年来证明五氯酚钠灭钉螺的效果良好,对杀灭幼螺、螺卵,毛蚴和尾蚴皆有效果,我国血吸虫病流行区被广泛应用。但由于对人畜,水生生物毒性较大,使用受到一定限制。本品除引起皮肤粘膜刺戟发生接触性皮炎外,亦有中毒和死亡报告。一般认为严重中毒者死亡率颇高。自1971年以来我院先后收治急性五氯酚钠中毒的灭螺民工三批21人,其中比较严重的接触性皮炎5
