目的:评价宫颈环形电切(LEEP)术治疗宫颈疾病的效果。方法:LEEP术治疗门诊收治的慢性宫颈炎80例,宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(C INⅠ~C INⅢ级)36例。结果:患者术中出血0~5 mL 16例(13.79%),6~15 mL 98例(84.48%),16~50 mL 2例(1.72%),平均手术出血9.6 mL。结论:LEEP术治疗宫颈疾病简便、快速,出血少,治愈率高,且切除标本送病理检查,避免了宫颈癌的漏诊。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of cervical ring electrosurgical excision (LEEP) on cervical diseases. Methods: 80 cases of chronic cervicitis and 36 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CINⅠ-C INⅢ) were treated by LEEP. Results: Intraoperative bleeding was 0 ~ 5 mL in 16 patients (13.79%), 6 ~ 15 mL in 98 patients (84.48%) and 16 ~ 50 mL in 2 patients (1.72%). The mean operative bleeding was 9.6 mL. Conclusion: LEEP is a simple and rapid method for the treatment of cervical diseases, with less bleeding and high cure rate, and the resected specimens are sent for pathological examination to avoid the misdiagnosis of cervical cancer.
