道格拉斯.C.诺斯的路径依赖理论认为,非正式规则与意识形态对制度的变迁有重要影响。基于此,我国的历史文化因素及苏联模式附生的意识形态对党内民主选举制度的改革与演变形成双重障碍。突出表现为,文化心理对党内选举制度的锁定以及潜规则对党内选举制度的侵蚀。可以从路径的利用、打破与巩固三个角度探索加强党内民主选举制度改革的相关措施及其政策走向。
Douglas C. North’s path dependence theory argues that informal rules and ideology have a major impact on institutional change. Based on this, the historical and cultural factors in our country and the ideology of the epicenter of the Soviet Union form a double obstacle to the reform and evolution of the inner-party democratic election system. Prominent performance, cultural psychology of the party’s election system lock as well as the potential rules of the party’s election system erosion. We can explore the relevant measures to strengthen the reform of the inner-party democratic election system and the trend of its policy from the perspectives of utilizing, breaking and consolidating the path.
