目的了解我院临床合理用药情况,及是否存在不合理用药。方法随机抽取我院2006年1～12月份患者处方4568张,根据合理用药国际指标及临床药理学知识,对合理的抗生素处方进行统计分析和分类。结果随机抽取的4568张处方中,合理应用药物处方3157张,不合理应用药物处方1411张。结论我院存在不合理用药的情况,合理用药水平需要进一步提高,建立合理完善的医院药物管理制度,可促进合理用药。
Objective To understand the clinical rational use of drugs in our hospital, and whether there is irrational drug use. Methods A total of 4568 prescriptions were randomly collected from January 2006 to December 2006 in our hospital. According to the international indexes of rational drug use and the knowledge of clinical pharmacology, the rational antibiotic prescriptions were statistically analyzed and classified. Results Of the 4568 prescriptions randomly selected, 3157 prescriptions were rationally applied and 1,411 prescriptions were unreasonably applied. Conclusion There is irrational use of drugs in our hospital situation, the rational use of drug levels need to be further improved to establish a reasonable and complete hospital drug management system can promote rational drug use.
