随着社会经济的不断发展,建立稳定和谐的社会关系成为了人们追求的目标,在医院的管理过程中,建立和谐的医患关系是医院发展的追求,我国社会正处于转型期,医院作为社会的公益性事业单位,为社会群众提供全方位的健康服务,是势在必行的追求,也是社会发展的基本要求,不仅要为社会群众提供一定的医疗救助服务,还要为全社会提供全方位的健康服务,在医院在向社会提供服务的过程中,要将“为人民服务”作为最基本的准则,开展相应的政治思想工作,不断培养医务人员的医疗服务意识,可以根据患者的个体差异性,从多个角度和多个层次进行分析,为患者提供全方位的服务。本文主要探讨建立和谐医患关系与医院政治思想工作之间的相关性,并提出相关的措施,来建设和谐的医患关系。
