我国企业跨国并购的目的已从资源寻求型逐渐向知识寻求型转变,如何通过并购实现发达国家技术领先企业向我国企业的逆向知识转移,已经成为亟待研究的重要问题。文章在分析逆向知识转移所面临障碍的基础上,提出可以通过整合企业文化、优化治理机制、建立社会化交流机制和明确角色定位等方面的措施,加快实现逆向知识转移,并以吉利并购沃尔沃汽车为案例对其逆向知识转移过程进行了分析。
The purpose of cross-border mergers and acquisitions of Chinese enterprises has changed from resource seeking type to knowledge seeking type gradually. How to realize the reverse knowledge transfer from technology leading enterprises in developed countries to Chinese enterprises through M & A has become an important issue to be studied urgently. On the basis of analyzing the obstacles faced by the transfer of knowledge in reverse, the article proposes that it can speed up the transfer of knowledge in reverse by integrating the corporate culture, optimizing the governance mechanism, establishing a socialized exchange mechanism and clarifying the role orientation. The paper also uses Geely to acquire Volvo Cars For the case of its reverse knowledge transfer process were analyzed.
