建立了一种测定人造革中6种邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂含量的检测方法。以正己烷为溶剂对样品进行2 h索氏提取,随后采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS),通过内标法定量分析了样品中邻苯二甲酸酯的含量。结果表明:该方法快速、准确、稳定,完全满足国内外法规的技术要求。
A method for the determination of 6 phthalate plasticizers in artificial leather was established. The sample was subjected to Soxhlet extraction with n-hexane as a solvent for 2 h. The contents of phthalates in the samples were quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) with an internal standard method. The results show that this method is fast, accurate and stable and fully meets the technical requirements of domestic and foreign laws and regulations.
