在信息化和互联网环境下,专业学术出版社如何转型升级,传统出版如何融合发展,数字产品的商业模式如何突破赢利瓶颈等一系列问题困扰着诸多出版机构。本文以社会科学文献出版社为例,通过对其数字化实践脉络的梳理,分析其在技术运用、产品创新、战略规划、商业模式以及专业数据库建设等方面的战略思路,探索专业学术出版社数字化转型之路。
Under the environment of informationization and Internet, how to transform and upgrade professional academic publishing houses, how traditional publishing merges and development, and how to break the profit bottleneck of digital products’ business model have plagued many publishing institutions. Taking the social sciences literature publishers as an example, this paper analyzes its digital practice context, analyzes its strategic thinking on technology utilization, product innovation, strategic planning, business model and professional database construction, and explores the digital transformation of professional scholarly publishing houses the road.
