渭政发[2006]56号2006年9月12日各县、市、区人民政府,市人民政府各工作部门、直属机构,渭南高新区管委会:为了认真贯彻落实《国务院关于鼓励支持和引导个体私营等非公有制经济发展的若干意见》(国发[2005]3号)和《陕西省人民政府关于鼓励支持和引导个体私营等非公有制经济发展的实施意见》(陕政发[2005]27号),进一步加快全市个体私营等非公有制经济发展,特提出如下实施意见。
Weizhengfa [2006] No.56 September 12, 2006 People’s governments of all counties, cities and districts, all departments and agencies directly under the Municipal People’s Government and the Weinan Hi-tech Zone Management Committee: In order to conscientiously implement the "State Council’s policy on encouraging support and (Guo Fa [2005] No. 3) and the Opinions of Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government on Encouraging, Supporting and Guiding the Development of Non-public Ownership Economy such as Private Sector and Private Sector [Shaanxi Zhengfa [2005] No.3] 27), further speeding up the city’s private sector and other non-public ownership economy, put forward the following implementation opinions.
