肺癌是呼吸系统的常见肿瘤,其发病率及死亡率逐年上升,资料显示肺癌已成为城市男性恶性肿瘤死因首位。肺癌中非小细胞肺癌约占80%。肺癌发病隐匿,确诊时约2/3的患者失去手术机会,化疗为主要治疗手段。自2003年1月～2004年1月,我们以国产吉西他滨联合顺铂为主的化疗方案治疗35例
