2009年湖南消费需求回升,消费热点持续热销,汽车销售再创新高,居民消费价格继续回升,升中有降。存在的问题:居民消费增长仍然缓慢乏力;政府消费对居民消费的挤出效应突出;消费增长更偏向于富人;农村居民消费购买力仍然不足。为了扩大湖南消费需求,促进发展方式转变,建议制定湖南消费发展战略规划;增强居民消费增长的可持续动力;开发新的消费热点,挖掘消费潜力;加强湖南消费品工业发展,提升湖南消费品品牌竞争力。
In 2009, consumer demand in Hunan picked up, consumer hot spots continued to be hot, car sales hit a new high, and consumer prices continued to rise, rising or falling. Existing problems: the growth of household consumption is still sluggish; the crowding-out effect of government consumption on residents’ consumption is outstanding; the growth of consumption is more on the rich; and the purchasing power of rural residents is still insufficient. In order to expand consumer demand in Hunan and promote the transformation of the mode of development, it is suggested that a strategic plan for consumer development in Hunan should be formulated; the sustainable momentum of household consumption growth should be enhanced; new consumption hot spots should be tapped to tap the potential for consumption; Hunan’s consumer goods industry should be strengthened to enhance the competitiveness of Hunan consumer goods brands .
