雾霾正成为当下“城市病”来袭的显著征兆。据长三角地区的调查显示,当地严重雾霾污染的发生并非偶然,除了极端气象条件等客观因素外,当地以煤炭燃烧为核心的工业制造能力或是雾霾持续爆发的根源,由GDP掩盖的工业污染问题被再次掀开。有环保专家表示,雾霾正成为区域性普遍问题,长三角区域同样需参照京津冀区域,形成区域联防机制,做好治污应急准备。同时,降低污染企业的环保成本、以市场化交易手段提高减排效率。此外,形成强力有效的监管环境,对治理雾霾同样重要。
