随着我县教育局“问题导学”教学模式的推广,那种教师牵制过多、学生兴趣不浓、教学效率偏低的“师传生受”型的传统模式逐渐被“小手直举、小脸通红、小眼放光、小口常开”的课堂状态所取代。在课堂实践和课后交流不断研究之后,我总结了要想“问题导学”教学模式出成果,一些根本性的问题就必须落实好。因为是新模式,很多教师都在观望,担心给学生自主学习的时间长了,教师讲得少了会影响成绩。其实还是教师的思想
