：
目的 探讨治疗手足口病及并发症的有效治疗方案,促进临床合理用药,保证患者用药安全.方法 采用回顾分析的方法,对本院收治的280例手足口病患儿用药情况及其相关信息进行系统

目的 探讨治疗手足口病及并发症的有效治疗方案,促进临床合理用药,保证患者用药安全.方法 采用回顾分析的方法,对本院收治的280例手足口病患儿用药情况及其相关信息进行系统分析.结果 我院治疗手足口病以抗病毒药物口服为主,合并感染者使用抗生素治疗.由于及时隔离治疗用药合理,全部临床病例痊愈,无死亡.结论 针对病情有效安全合理用药,能够促进疾病快速恢复,保证儿童用药安全,促进儿童健康成长.
