本文叙述了地霉素灵敏和简易的比色定量方法:取地霉素试品的水溶液5ml(相当于~(2-15r)/(ml)试品),加对硝基苯重氮盐的氯化物(P-nitrobenzenediazonium Chloride)试剂1ml;此试剂由15%亚硝酸钠溶液2ml在冰冷下加于对硝基苯胺200mg溶于5ml冰醋酸及浓盐酸3ml的溶液中经振摇后制成。将加入试剂后的混合液于70℃温热25分钟,以流水冷却,此液所生黄色在440mμ.处有最大的吸光并符合具氏定律。同时以蒸馏水代替试品按同样操作为空白对照,得值与已知效价的标准盐酸地霉素按同法作成
