病历摘要男,48岁,干部,住院号892276。因发热、乏力、纳差、尿黄9天,于1989年9月28日入院。患者自诉9月20日上午先畏寒,后发热38℃,同时觉乏力、食欲减退。自服速效伤风胶囊则汗出热退。后每上午低热,下午体温一般在39℃以上,伴畏寒,傍晚自退至正常。9月25日赴某医院就诊,发现肝脾肿大,予检查肝功能,血清总胆红素(SB)17.1微摩/升,
