我们要把对农民的朴素感情在实际工作中体现出来,为农民办好事、办实事,实实在在为农民排忧解难,为农民解除疾苦,让农民确确实实感到党和政府在关心他们。当前农村卫生工作的关键是建立和发展合作医疗保健制度。举办合作医疗不仅是解决农民防病治疗问题,而且是解决农民负担的有效措施。发展农村合作医疗保健制度,一方面有利于提高农民身体素质,另一方面对促进农村经济发展和社会稳定
We must reflect on the simple feelings of peasants in actual work, do good deeds and do practical things for peasants, solve problems for peasants, relieve suffering for peasants, and make peasants truly feel that the party and government are concerned about them. The key to the current rural health work is to establish and develop a cooperative health care system. Holding cooperative medical care is not only a solution to peasants ’disease prevention and treatment, but also an effective measure to solve the peasants’ burden. Development of rural cooperative medical care system, on the one hand help to improve the physical fitness of farmers, on the other hand to promote rural economic development and social stability
