文章结合当前高职高专大学生就业优势劣势分析,明确提出了高职高专院校应以就业为导向,转变教育模式,树立就业教育理念。并从专业结构、课程设置、校企合作三方面做了进一步阐述。最后指出加强就业制度建设和制度创新为大学生就业创造良好的外部环境,努力提高综合素质,打造核心竞争力是高职高专大学生实现终身就业的根本途径。
Combining with the analysis of employment superiority and inferiority of current college students, the article clearly pointed out that higher vocational colleges should take the employment as the orientation, change the education mode and establish the concept of employment education. And from the professional structure, curriculum, school-enterprise cooperation made further elaboration. Finally, it points out that strengthening the employment system and system innovation to create a good external environment for the employment of college students, improving the overall quality and building up the core competitiveness are the fundamental ways for the higher vocational college students to realize lifelong employment.
