快速调质机组是采用快速加热进行淬火,快速加热的优点早有论述,但应用于实际生产中容易出现些什么问题,如何解决,报导不多。本文就利用快速调质机组生产N-80级石油套管的实例,着重介绍了采用快速炉加热时,如何防止管端过热及应注意的问题。利用喷水圈淬火,通过水量的分配,控制淬火过程中的冷却速度,达到类似等温淬火的效果,防止了淬火裂纹的形成和减小淬火变形。并简单叙述了以J-55级套管进行调质生产N-80级石油套管是经济可行的。这种生产N-80级石油套管的方法比采用新钢种的方法优越,经济效益显著。
Rapid quenching unit is the use of rapid heating quenching, the advantages of rapid heating has long been discussed, but applied to practical problems prone to what, how to solve, reported little. The use of water jets quenching, water distribution through the control of the cooling rate of quenching process to achieve the effect of similar isothermal quenching to prevent the formation of quenching cracks and reduce the quenching deformation. And it simply states that it is economically feasible to make the grade N-80 petroleum casing with the J-55 casing. This method of producing N-80 grade oil casing is superior to that of using the new type of steel and has significant economic benefits.
