目的了解血液净化中心护理人员对传染病职业防护的意识和知识,从而针对性地加强教育与知识普及工作。方法调查主要以问卷形式进行,主要包括对国家相关法律法规的熟悉程度;对医院内部传染病职业防护守则的熟悉程度;了解传染病职业防护的途径;传染病职业防护的方式等。结果调查对象对相关国家法律法规、医院内部传染病职业防护守则只有部分了解的比例达到81.5%和75.3%,66.7%和85.2%的调查对象从临床工作经验中获取传染病职业防护知识、采取I级防护,所有受调查的医务人员对传染病职业防护的知识和技能都有较强烈的需求;结论护理人员对传染病职业防护的意识和知识有待提高,应做到管理和培训的具体落实,有针对性地加强教育与知识普及工作。
Objective To understand the awareness and knowledge of occupational protection of infectious diseases among nurses in blood purification center so as to strengthen education and popularization of knowledge. Methodological survey mainly in the form of a questionnaire, including the familiarity with the relevant laws and regulations of the country; Familiar with the Code of Conduct on Occupational Protection of Infectious Diseases within the hospital; Understand the ways of occupational protection of infectious diseases; Ways of occupational protection of infectious diseases. Results The respondents only obtained 81.5% and 75.3%, 66.7% and 85.2% of the occupational protection codes of related national laws and regulations and hospital internal infectious diseases, respectively, and obtained the occupational protection knowledge of infectious diseases from clinical work experience, and adopted I Level protection, all the medical staff under investigation have a strong demand for the knowledge and skills of occupational protection against communicable diseases. Conclusion The awareness and knowledge of nursing staff on occupational protection of communicable diseases need to be improved, and the concrete implementation of management and training should be done. Targeted to strengthen the popularization of education and knowledge.
