多年的教学实践让我深深体会到,学生才是课堂的主人,只有真正的了解学生,才能准确把握教学定位,从而确立教学目标,进行教学设计。所以说,教师要充分的了解学生,以学定教,才能真正促进学生主动发展,进而教学相长。因此,教学的出发点和落脚点都应该定位于学生身上,教学过程视学情而真实地推进。不能把课堂教学活动当成教师唱主角进行自我教学设计与个人素质的展示过程。那么,如何从学情出发,找准教学起点,落实以学定教,
Years of teaching practice let me deeply understand that students are the masters of the classroom, only a real understanding of students, to accurately grasp the teaching orientation, so as to establish the teaching objectives, teaching design. So, teachers should fully understand the students, learn to teach, in order to truly promote the students take the initiative to develop, and thus teaching and learning. Therefore, the starting point and ending point of teaching should be located on the students, teaching process as the situation and promote truth. Can not be the classroom teaching activities as a protagonist to play the teaching of self-teaching design and personal quality of the show process. So, how to proceed from the school situation, identify the starting point for teaching, to implement learning to teach,
