目的:尘肺诊断中应用多层螺旋CT冠状面重建图像的临床效果。方法:以我院2014年9月至2015年9月收治的96例尘肺患者为研究对象,给予其多层螺旋CT行全肺螺旋扫描,根据患者的层螺旋CT冠状面重建图像进行诊断。结果:96例患者中,多层螺旋CT冠状面重建图像上,92例患者见有不同程度的尘肺样改变。双肺弥漫性或散在大阴影7例,其中4例内可见钙化;小阴影85例。96例患者中,多层螺旋CT冠状面重建图像上伴有肺门或纵隔淋巴结增大35例(淋巴结有钙化者21例)、肺结核7例、肺气肿53例、胸膜黏连或肥厚33例、肺部炎症4例、胸腔积液3例、气胸3例。出现广泛弥漫的小叶间隔增厚5例、小叶中心型气肿46例、瘢痕型肺气肿9例、小叶间隔增厚86例、支气管血管束增粗40例、磨玻璃样阴影39例。结论:多层螺旋CT冠状面重建图像用于诊断尘肺病,疗效可靠。
Objective: The clinical effect of multislice spiral CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis. Methods: A total of 96 patients with pneumoconiosis admitted to our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 were enrolled in this study. They were given multislice spiral CT for diagnosis of pneumoconiosis and CT angiography. RESULTS: Of the 96 patients, 92 patients had varying degrees of pneumoconiosis-like changes in the multislice CT coronal reconstructed images. Pulmonary diffuse or scattered in large shadow in 7 cases, of which 4 cases were calcified; small shadow in 85 cases. Among the 96 patients, CT scan of the coronal surface of multislice CT was associated with an increase of 35 hilar or mediastinal lymph nodes (21 with calcification of lymph nodes), 7 pulmonary tuberculosis, 53 emphysema, pleural adhesions or hypertrophy Cases, 4 cases of pulmonary inflammation, pleural effusion in 3 cases, 3 cases of pneumothorax. There were 5 cases of extensive interlobular septal thickening, 46 cases of centrilobular edema, 9 cases of hypertrophic scar emphysema, 86 cases of interlobular septal thickening, 40 cases of bronchovascular bundle thickening and 39 cases of ground-glass opacity. CONCLUSION: Multislice spiral CT coronary angiography is a reliable method for the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis.
