采用粉末冶金方法制得了FeNi/Cu粉末和FeNi/Cu纤维的低膨胀高导热(DG)复合材料.结果表明,随着Cu粉末尺寸增大,FeNi/Cu粉末制品电阻率减小,膨胀系数增大;而随着Cu纤维长径比增大,FeNi/Cu纤维制品的热膨胀系数和电阻率都增大.这是由Cu纤维和Cu粉末在制品中的分布状态,即Cu网络形成难易程度和FeNi与Cu互扩散难易程度共同决定的.当膨胀系数小于7×10-6/K时,FeNi/Cu纤维制品比FeNi/Cu粉末制品的电导性能要好.
The low expansion and high thermal conductivity (DG) composites of FeNi / Cu powders and FeNi / Cu fibers were obtained by powder metallurgy. The results show that with the increase of Cu powder size, the electrical resistivity of FeNi / Cu powder decreases and the coefficient of thermal expansion increases. With the increase of Cu ratio, the thermal expansion coefficient and electrical resistivity of FeNi / Cu fiber products increase Big. This is determined by the distribution of Cu fiber and Cu powder in the product, that is, the ease with which Cu network is formed and the ease with which inter-diffusion of FeNi and Cu can be achieved. When the coefficient of expansion is less than 7 × 10-6 / K, the conductivity of FeNi / Cu fiber products is better than that of FeNi / Cu powder products.
