本文报告经手术、病理证实为盆腔结核,B超误诊为卵巢肿瘤的5例患者临床及声象图资料,探讨误诊原因,以利于提高盆腔结核的B超诊断水平。
This report reported by surgery, pathology confirmed pelvic tuberculosis, B-misdiagnosed as ovarian cancer in 5 patients with clinical and sonographic data to explore the causes of misdiagnosis in order to facilitate the diagnosis of pelvic tuberculosis B-ultrasound.
