目的 探讨白术地道药材和栽培品化学成分及临床疗效的关系。方法 对地道药材祁白术和栽培品 (生、炒白术 )水提取物进行液相色谱 /质谱联用仪 (LC/ESI/MS)检测。结果 近 10 0个组分的大部分在上述 3种白术中都检测到 ,含量相近 ,但祁白术含有分子离子 [M +H]+ 为 2 16、2 44、2 743种组分及分子离子 [M H] 为 192、2 10、2 2 1、2 2 94种组分均为含氧原子的生物碱类 ,而在炒白术及生白术中未见。生白术和祁白术含有 [M +H]+ 为 2 6 7、2 72、32 5 3种组分 ,[M H] 为 395、6 83、70 7、10 31、1193的 5种组分可能均为多糖或皂甙类化合物 ,而在炒白术中未见。结论 经LL/ESI/MS检测到高极性、水溶性物质含量多少是祁白术 >生白术 >炒白术 ,结合临床运用疗效看其治疗效果也是祁白术 >生白术和炒白术。
Objective To investigate the relationship between chemical constituents and clinical efficacy of authentic Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. Methods The liquid extracts of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. and cultivated products (Rosa, Atractylodes macrocephala) were detected by liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC/ESI/MS). Results Most of the nearly 100 components were detected in the above three kinds of Atractylodes macrocephala with similar contents, but Atractylodes macrocephala contains molecular ions [M + H] + of 2, 16, 44 and 2,743 components and molecular ions. [MH] is 192,2 10,2 21,2 94 components are alkaloids containing oxygen atoms, but not seen in Atractylodes macrocephala and Atractylodes macrocephala. Both Atractylodes macrocephala and Atractylodes macrocephala contain [M + H]+ for 266, 272, 325 components, and the 5 components of MH, 395, 683, 70 7, 1031, and 1193 may all be It is a polysaccharide or saponin compound that is not found in Atractylodes Rhizome. Conclusion LL/ESI/MS can detect the content of highly polar and water-soluble substances in Atractylodes macrocephala, Atractylodes macrocephala and Atractylodes macrocephala. The therapeutic effect of clinical application is also Atractylodes macrocephala, Atractylodes macrocephala and Atractylodes macrocephala.
