党的十七届六中全会深刻阐述了中国特色社会主义文化发展道路,确立了建设社会主义文化强国的战略目标,对推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣作出了战略部署。省委九届十二次全会通过的《中共吉林省委关于贯彻落实<中共中央关于深化文化体制改革、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定>的实施意见》为磐石市实施文化兴市战略、推动文化惠民工程指明了方向。
The Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China profoundly expounded the road of socialist cultural development with Chinese characteristics and established the strategic goal of building a strong socialist country so as to make strategic arrangements for promoting the great development and prosperity of socialist culture. The Implementation Opinions of the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee on Implementing the Several Major Issues "for the Implementation of the Culture of Panshi by the Twelfth Plenary Session of the Ninth CPC Xing City strategy to promote the project of Huimin pointed out the direction of the project.
