本文着重分析119例纤支镜下未见确切新生物而经细胞刷检证实为肺癌的诊断体会。纤支镜刷检是即简单又方便的一种操作方法,术者对X线胸片、CT的阅片能力及手技的熟练程度是提高刷检阳性率的关键。
This article focuses on the diagnosis of 119 cases of bronchoscopy without clear new organisms and confirmed by the cell brushing test to diagnose lung cancer. The bronchoscopy brush examination is a simple and convenient method of operation. The surgeon’s proficiency in X-ray chest radiographs, CT reading ability and hand techniques is the key to improving the positive rate of brush tests.
