目前,斯托克斯(stokes)五阶重力波理论已广泛应用固定式导管架平台的外载荷估算,波浪速度势大多采用文献[1]给出的公式进行计算。笔者按照文献[1]提出的方法,重新推导五阶重力波的系数(见附录),这个系数的表达式为:
At present, the Stokes fifth-order gravitational wave theory has been widely applied to estimate the external load of the fixed jacket platform.
