作为一名成功的商人和饱受争议的政治人物,唐纳德·特朗普(DonaldTrump)当选美国第45任总统,实为近年来美国政治发展的一大重要事件。与其之前在长达半个世纪的商业成功相比,特朗普就任总统2年以来的政策决策实践,在持续体现出自身鲜明的风格同时,亦更进一步加深了学界和公众舆论之间愈发显著的意见分歧:作为总统的特朗普,其内外决策及实践,究竟仅仅是满足于"就事论事",在一长串异常宽泛的政策议题中持续纠缠,抑或存在一些稳固的和经久的战略性考虑?
