将文化管理运用于高职学生工作中,是搞好新时期高职学生工作的必然选择。本文从培育共同价值观、突出学生主体地位、增强学生自主能力、优化学生工作者队伍四个方面探讨了在高职学生工作中实施文化管理的有效途径。
Applying cultural management to the work of students in higher vocational colleges is the inevitable choice to improve the work of students in higher vocational colleges in the new period. This article discusses the effective ways to implement cultural management in the work of higher vocational students from four aspects: nurturing common values, highlighting the dominant position of students, enhancing students’ autonomous ability and optimizing student workforce.
