为了寻找和制造简便有效,适合工农群众应用的口服长效避孕药,在过去一系列化合物的筛选实验中,我们观察到乙炔雌二醇的衍化物环戊醚乙炔雌二醇(以下简称炔雌醚)具有口服长效作用,而氯地孕酮则有较强的抗排卵作用,从而为临床设计雌激素和孕激素配伍的口服长效避孕药提供了依据。含有炔雌醚和氯地孕酮的复方炔雌醚片从1966年开始在临床初步探索,1969年起扩大试用范围。经过长期试用和不断改进,证明只要每月口服一次,就能保证避孕效果,深受用药妇女的欢迎。但关于两者的长效抗生育作用的研究迄今报道极少。本文报道复方炔雌醚中的主要成分,炔雌醚和氯地孕酮对小鼠和家兔的长效抗生育作用和激素活性,并对其作用原理及两者配伍时的相互作用作初步分析。
