当前的钢铁企业的生产需要相应较多复杂的生产设备,对于企业来讲如何去进行备件采购与管理是一个大问题。本文针对当前企业的备件采购与管理的现状进行深入分析的基础上,提出了相应的一些措施。首先,要优化与升级企业的设备信息管理系统;其次,要使得备件采购计划科学与合理,再次要大力去降低备件的成本;最后,关于库存管理,要实现处于周转的状态。这些措施,都大大有利于钢铁企业做好备件采购与管理的工作。
The current production of steel companies need a correspondingly more complex production equipment, how to go to the business for the procurement and management of spare parts is a big problem.
