采用AnyCasting铸造模拟软件模拟镁合金汽车轮毂的充型和凝固过程,准确找出了铸造缺陷位置和原因,优化了镁合金轮毂低压铸造工艺结构,节省了调整工艺参数的时间及试模次数,节约了成本,为铸造镁合金轮毂的生产提供了理论依据。
AllCasting casting simulation software was used to simulate the filling and solidification process of magnesium alloy automobile wheel hub. The location and reason of casting defects were accurately identified. The structure of low-pressure casting process of magnesium alloy wheel hub was optimized. Time and process of adjusting process parameters were saved. The cost of magnesium alloy wheels for the production of casting provides a theoretical basis.
