本文对浮动可调机耕船犁耕机组动力学特点进行了研究,提出了犁耕机组动力性能的评价指标——犁耕效率。建立了关于该犁耕机组的三个数学模型——驱动力矩数学模型、滑转率数学模型、犁耕效率模型。并经试验证实了数学模型能较正确地反映客观实际。同时,以犁耕效率为目标函数,建立了某些结构参数的优化方程,通过计算机求解,提供了选择这些参数的依据。本文还对驱动叶轮滚动阻力矩、动力半径等问题作了一定的研究。
In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of floating adjustable plow cultivator plow unit are studied, and the evaluation index of plow cultivating unit dynamic performance - plowing efficiency is put forward. Three mathematic models of the plowing unit - mathematical model of driving torque, mathematic model of slip ratio and plow efficiency model were established. The result of experiment shows that the mathematical model can reflect the objective reality more correctly. At the same time, taking the plowing efficiency as the objective function, the optimization equations of some structural parameters are established, and the basis for choosing these parameters is provided by computer. This paper also made some researches on the problems of driving impeller’s rolling resistance moment and dynamic radius.
