着眼于当前巨大的经济发展浪潮,环境问题不断地增加,引发了更多关注。学术界为了对资源和环境的维护增加了绿色会计应运而生。绿色会计不仅对企业的可持续性发展有重要作用,也对整个人类社会的发展起了重要作用,本文通过绿色会计和企业可持续性发展的内涵解析及二者关系,分析当前绿色会计的实施问题,提出合理化建议。
