水是产生生命的基本条件,对一切生物来说都是不可或缺的一种物质,与我们生活离不开的就是饮用水资源,对其进行研究是保证饮用水安全的必要步骤,本文就以饮用水中碘乙酸毒的作用机制为话题进行讨论。但是随着我国经济的发展,工业水平也在稳步的提高着,很多产生饮用水的江河湖泊的安全性都难以保障,根据相关的报告研究显示,我国的水质都低于标准值,从科学的角度上来看属于微污染水源,情况不容乐观。饮用水中存在很多微生物质,因此存在的细菌也是非常多的,去除细菌的方法就是通过特定物质的杀伤力去除掉水中的细菌,进而达到从根本上保障饮用水安全的目的。
