避免混凝土开裂是大体积混凝土施工要解决的主要问题。而大体积混凝土开裂的原因是复杂的,主要是由水泥水化热引起的温度应力以及由于地基约束产生的约束应力,而造成混凝土的拉应力超过混凝土抗拉强度,致使混凝土产生裂缝。
Avoiding concrete cracking is the major problem to be solved in mass concrete construction. The reasons for the cracking of mass concrete are complex, mainly due to temperature stress caused by hydration heat of cement and restraining stress due to the confinement of the foundation. The tensile stress of concrete exceeds the tensile strength of concrete, resulting in cracks in concrete.
