某型控制设备需要激励信号才能正常工作,真实激励信号的产生需要特定的场地、特定目标,一次性使用,费用昂贵。采用单片机和FPGA+DDS组合搭建两级电路,实现了激励信号状态可设置,产生全状态激励信号的特定函数激励信号源,解决了控制设备能正常工作和在全状态激励下工作。两级电路之间采用SPI通信,实现了激励信号源通用控制设计应用。激励信号源具有产生全状态激励信号,体积小,无场地限制,无需目标,结构简单,便于维护,复制成本低,运行可靠等特点,能有效地为控制设备提供全激励信号。
A certain type of control device needs the excitation signal to work normally. The generation of the real excitation signal needs a specific site, a specific target, one-time use, and is expensive. Using SCM and FPGA + DDS combination to build a two-stage circuit, the excitation signal state can be set to generate a full-state excitation signal specific function excitation signal source, to solve the control device can work normally and work under full excitation. SPI communication between the two circuits, to achieve a common signal source control design and application. The excitation signal source has the characteristics of generating full-state excitation signal, small volume, no field limitation, no need of target, simple structure, easy maintenance, low replication cost and reliable operation, and can effectively provide the full excitation signal for the control device.
